WHAT WE ACCEPT

We take items in season:

February - July: Spring & Summer

August - January: Fall & Winter.

No Appointment Necessary - Please pre-screen your items for stains or excessive wear. Please launder or dry clean items before bringing them in. In order to get your items on the sales floor quickly, we ask that you bring them in wrinkle free (on hangers - which you will get back after we go through your items)

CLOTHES

We are looking for items from better department stores, boutiques and designer labels.

Some of our favorite brands are: Burberry, Hanna Anderson, Matilda Jane, Crew Cuts, Lilly Pulitzer, Vineyard Vines, Janie & Jack, Mini Boden and Brooks Bros. (A more complete list is coming soon)

Please call the store to ask about labels while we work on preparing a detailed list for you.

SHOES & ACCESSORIES:

We also accept: hats, swimsuits, and shoes. Children’s shoes should be new or almost new. (No road dirt, scratching or scuffs please)

NO TOYS, FURNITURE OR GEAR

We are concentrating on providing reliable & fashionable additions to your child’s wardrobe. We cannot accept toys, furniture or gear. Thank you.

HOW TO DROP ITEMS OFF

IN-STORE: You may consign anytime Tues-Fri 10-5:30 and on Saturdays 10-5. We will go through your pieces while you wait and return the items that we decide to pass on. Please give yourself time for us to go through your items. (Sometimes the store is busy and this can take up to 20 minutes) We will print out a consignment receipt for you at drop-off and email a detailed list with pricing once your items are listed (This can take up to 2 weeks)

BY MAIL: Call ahead to find out what we are taking and the best way to ship your fabulous items to us. The great thing about consigning from a distance is that you can follow your items with an online account. (This will be assigned with your first mailing) Please note that we cannot send items back that we decide to pass on. Mailed items remaining at the end of the consigned period will be donated (unless plans are made ahead for you to come to the store)

YOUR SHARE OF THE PROFITS:

You receive 40% of the final selling price of the items you consign with us. (Designer children’s handbags and jewelry - you receive 50% of the final selling price)

We keep your items on the sales floor for 90 days. We do our best to sell your items at full price, but they may be marked down on or about 30 and 60 days. Items MUST remain at Pemberley for the entire 90 day selling period.

You will receive an online account to easily track your items. You will see what we list each item for, when it sells and your current balance at all times. Very easy and organized.
